The Western Banks are in the worst financial position since the 2nd World War, with reports of $billions of losses on a daily basis.

The last 5 - 7 years have pushed prices up to record levels and now new buyers simply cannot afford to buy their own property.

Unfortunately, the worst is yet to come, repossessions, evictions and financial shortages will only add to this very gloomy situation.
