The Package
The Blackstone iPP (International Property Pack) will offer a chance for those who are finding it difficult to move or sell their property in the local market. Blackstone will arrange and manage the whole process from the initial instruction.
This will include a fully comprehensive independent site survey or we will work alongside your existing local property agent with a view of collectively moving your property on.
Whilst your appointed agent will continue to market and sell your property locally, we will endeavour to sell your property to a waiting list of potential Middle Eastern investors who are simply interested in one thing and that is to buy real estate investments within the UK and wait for their returns.
